Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and commissions made through this website.

1. Seller

All artworks are sold by:

Balázs Fehér
Visual artist, Austria

2. Products

The website offers:

• Original artworks (oil paintings on various media)

• Commissioned artworks created upon request

3. Prices and VAT

All prices shown are final prices.
No VAT is charged under the small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG).

4. Payment

Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Commissions

For commissioned artworks:

• The process includes an initial discussion and optional reference images

• One non-binding call with the artist may be offered

• Once the commission is agreed:

  • 50% of the price is payable before work begins

  • The remaining 50% is payable before shipping

Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned artworks created according to customer specifications, once work has begun.

6. Liability

Artworks are described and presented with care. Minor deviations in color or appearance due to screen display or photographic conditions do not constitute defects.

Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
