Shipping

• Artworks are shipped worldwide from Austria

• Processing time for original artworks: 3–5 business days

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Tracking information is provided where available

• For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

At present, shipments are not insured by default. Insurance options may be added in the future.

Returns (Original Artworks)

• Buyers may withdraw from the purchase of original artworks within 14 days of delivery

• This applies worldwide

• Returned artworks must be in original condition

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

• Refunds are issued once the artwork is received and inspected

Exclusion for Commissions

Commissioned artworks are excluded from returns and withdrawal rights once work has begun, as they are custom-made to the buyer’s specifications.
