Yes. All artworks offered are original, one-of-a-kind oil paintings created by Balázs Fehér. No reproductions or prints are sold unless explicitly stated.

Yes. Commissioned artworks are available in selected sizes.
The process includes an initial discussion and reference images, and may include a non-binding call with the artist before work begins.

Commissions typically take 3–4 weeks, depending on size and complexity.
You will receive updates during the process.

Unless stated otherwise, artworks are sold unframed.
This allows collectors to choose framing that best suits their space.

All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery worldwide.
Each piece is protected against moisture and impact during transport.

Yes. Upon request, we can provide in-room mockups to help you visualize how a painting may look in your interior.

Oil paintings should be displayed away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity. Light dusting with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient for regular care. With proper conditions, oil paintings will remain stable for many decades.

In some cases, short reservations may be possible. Please contact us directly to inquire about availability and reservation options.

Yes. Artworks are shipped worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping times and any applicable import duties depend on the destination country.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original artworks are often subject to low or no import duties, but this can vary by country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Yes. Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued once the artwork has been received and inspected.

Please note that commissioned artworks are excluded from returns, as they are custom-made to the buyer’s specifications.

At present, artworks are not insured by default during shipping. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you would like to discuss shipping insurance for a specific order, please contact us before purchasing.

No VAT is charged.
All prices are final prices under the Austrian small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG).
